Silvester Borsboom

Mathematical physics & natural philosophy

I am a PhD candidate at Radboud University, working on the mathematical and philosophical foundations of physics.

I am part of the mathematical physics group in the mathematics department, and I also spend much of my time at the Radboud Center for Natural Philosophy.

My PhD research concerns black hole thermodynamics. More broadly, I am interested in gauge theory, gravity, and questions that cross the boundaries between theoretical physics, mathematics and philosophy.
